Many Manuals remain unopened and Call-Centers are cluttered with callers. For one of our clients, a simple DVD recorded on location with a British actress explained the usability of their product. Clear and straight to the point. Needless to say, the call-center load reduced by fifty percent.

A trainer, teacher, professor or coach is the most suitable way to deliver information. We will not deny that. However, the second best method to distribute information is through video films. We learned that, especially in this area of expertise, a passion to communicate to students and apprentices (young and old) is obligatory. More specifically, it inspires our scenario writers to be creative and produce vibrant convincing scripts. Of course we are not as funny as John Cleese but we do smile and laugh as much as we can.
